Henry J. Muller, Jr.

An army professional for 33 years Henry Muller retired as the Director, Communications- Electronics Research, Development and Engineering Center (CERDEC) with responsibilities for establishing CERDEC’s comprehensive Science and Technology (S&T) Portfolio providing strategic program formulation guidance establishing short-and long-range goals for advances in communications, mission command, sensors, electronic warfare, Offensive and Defensive Cyber Operations, intelligence and full spectrum countermeasures technologies.  Working across the entire systems life cycle model, he provided engineering support and services to the acquisition Program Executive Offices, Life Cycle Management Commands, and other DOD and Federal customers. A member of the Senior Executive Service for over 8 years, prior positions include the Director of the CERDEC’s Space and Terrestrial Communications and Intelligence and Information Warfare Directorates.
