Bob brings 30+ years of research, development, and acquisition experience in providing strategic program formulation guidance and program management centered on (encompassing) mission command, communications, sensors, electronic warfare, and cyber science and technology and research and development.  Immediately prior to joining RDA, Bob served as the Associate Director for the Communications-Electronics Research, Development, and Engineering Center.
