Lorraine brings 30+ years of research, development, and acquisition experience to Defense customers regarding Command, Control, Communication, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) technologies, including ISR Radar, Ground Based Radar, Sensor Processing, Electronic Warfare and Cyber.

Prior to joining RDA, Lorraine was the Division Chief at the US Army Intelligence & Information Warfare Directorate (I2WD) Radar & Combat ID (RCID) Division at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD.  Ms. Kohler provided executive direction, technical leadership, management and coordination of all facets and functions of Army Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance (ISR) radars, Force Protection (FP) radars and Advanced ID programs.
